What It Means to A/I/DATA

A/I/DATA believes that the Quality of its personnel, professional efforts and work products distinguishes it from other companies. Our approach to each project begins with an informed understanding of the client’s needs. We then develop a work plan that is crafted to produce the required data.

The work plan is executed by knowledgeable, experienced, well equipped staff who are regularly monitored and advised by project professionals and managers. Quality control is built into the process and nothing is delivered until it has been reviewed to assure that our client’s expectations have been met.

Process – We have established a framework for performance for our field and office staff that is implemented on each of our projects.

Standards – A/I/DATA has adopted ASCE 38-02 Standard Guideline for the Collection and Depiction of Existing Subsurface Utility Data as the principal standard guideline for its underground utility investigation services.

Safety – No matter what type of project we are working on, the safety of our personnel is a key consideration for A/I/DATA.

Benefits – A/I/DATA excels at delivering accurate and reliable underground utility data to our clients.  This is a direct result of our focus on Quality.

"It was a pleasure working with your field team as they were extremely easy to work with and very accommodating with working with Schnabel when they were on site together. Your end deliverables are great. The drawings are very professional and seem to “ooze” with confidence!"
